How long is each session?
A standard individual therapy session is scheduled for 50 minutes and couples/family sessions are 55 minutes. Your first session will be scheduled for 60 minutes to allow for a full intake and assessment. Group sessions may be scheduled for 60-90 minutes depending on the group format.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling?
Absolutely. I am happy to offer a complimentary 15 minute phone session where you can ask any questions you may have.
Do you offer on-line therapy?
Yes. In the state of Tennessee, on-line or telehealth sessions may be provided as long as the client is present in the state at the time of the service. Using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, telehealth may be used for ongoing sessions or on occasion due to travel, minor illness, or inclement weather.
Do you bill insurance?
I am not directly contracted with any insurance networks, but have partnered with Reimbursify to make filing insurance fast and easy. Clients receive a superbill that they can submit to their insurance company. directly. Please check with your insurance company about your specific out of network reimbursement policy. What are your fees?
$150: Initial Intake and Assessment Session
$135: Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes)
$200: Extended Individual Therapy Session (75 minutes)
$140: Family/Couples Therapy Session (55 minutes)
$50: Group Therapy Session
$50: Consultation Fee. Generally, I include coordination of care with additional health care providers as part of my standard fee. If you require a specialized consultation or in depth paperwork completion, I charge $50 per hour.
$50: No Show or Last Minute Cancelation Fee. I reserve your therapy time solely for you. I request you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Do you offer a Sliding Scale?
Yes. I have reserved time slots in my caseload to allow for sliding scale and reduced fees. I partner with Open Path Collective to provide affordable telehealth sessions. Can you use a credit card or an HSA account for therapy?
Yes. Credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards are all accepted. You also may pay by cash or check.
